 MOTEL POLICIES

·        $3.00 charge for each additional person.  Occupancy may be restricted by manager. Room with one bed may be occupied by one or two persons only. A room with two beds may be occupied by no more than four persons. If your party consists of five or more people, an additional room or rooms must be rented to accommodate the additional people.

·        Pets allowed only in the smoking rooms with additional charge of $5.00.  MUST notify the desk clerk at check in.  Pets can't be left unattended in room, car, and on motel property.

·        ALL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DUE TO SEASON AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

·        All reservations are held until 6pm unless guest notifies.

·        Any cancellation must be made in one week advance from arrival date.  Any changes to or cancellation of your reservation may result in fees from 50% up to the full cost of your stay.

·        Prices and room availability are not guaranteed until payment or credit card information is received.  Must call or email the motel within 48 hours to confirm your reservation with credit card otherwise reservation will be automatically cancel.

·        Rates subject to change without notice, except on advance reservations that have been confirmed.

·        No cooking in rooms.
